Bedford Express FIRST Robotics Team 1023

 FIRST Lego League was founded in 1998 by Dean Kamen to introduce 9-14 year olds to science, technology, and , STEM careers. Each year FLL teams are given a challenge related to real world problems, for example last/this years challenge was about food safety. This along with building the bot out of legos the students have to program the robot using programming software somewhere between the JFLL and FRC levels. As well as doing these tasks they have to write and perform a research skit and technical skit. Teams also need to do a lot of work on FIRST Core Values (see below) because they also have a core values judging during competition.
